I am always flabbergasted with how many lovely emails, phone calls and even facebook messages we receive from our customers – there is literally no better feeling than to receive positive feedback from our customers. I truly appreciate when customers take the time in their busy schedule to thank us for their parcel or to leave feedback, there is no better reward for all our hard work. I not only personally respond to each of these kind notes but keep them all in a special box, as they mean the world to me! Whilst being away this past week we received one of the sweetest emails from a customer that truly warmed my heart and I just had to share it – thank you Mel & Dakota you have made my week! – Jenny 🙂
We would love to say a huge big THANK YOU to you as our beautifully wrapped package arrived yesterday! We were so excited to unwrap it to see our new Fresh Baked order and we were very ecstatic with the extra dress!!
You have made my day, week, actually year! The generosity is so remarkable and we so greatly appreciate it! Totally a surprise and so wasn’t expected! When you put in the email you added something extra I was thinking along the lines of a clip or headband but to be a dress is outstanding I was totally blown away and still am on a high about it!
It’s such a beautiful dress and we will think of your generosity of you when Dakota wears it! You are a beautiful and most thoughtful person and we will defiantly be back to order in the near future!
